The box states that this is a Kewpie doll – Design and copyright by Rose O”Neill – No. 9713′. Notice that on the cover of the box someone has written in pencil, ‘To Norma – From Daddy & Momma’. What a treasure to have this Kewpie doll complete with its box. The doll is all complete with socks and shoes and sun suit outfit. There is crazing on Kewpie’s face but all original and complete. The doll measures 12 1/2″ high and the box is 13 1/4″ by 7 1/4″ wide by 4″ high.
