antique Fostoria inkwell in the Cascade pattern. It is shown in both the Schiffer's Fostoria book and Ann Kerr's Fostoria book. It measures, approximately, 2 7/8" high and is, approximately, 2 1/2" square. It is in very nice condition with the exception of some roughness/tiny chips around the interior of the lid.
