Vintage Antique English Blue John Polish Stone Brooch Pendant Jewelry
Several Victorian Age(or older) items will be listed from an estate in Southern California; the lady was close to retirement age herself and wanted to downsize and sell the many inherited items she had over the years from her great grand parents who immigrated to the U.S. from England at the turn of the last Century. She said her great grand parents loved rare and beautiful gemstones in jewelry and other prominent items as they loved entertaining and showcasing their beautiful stuff.
This lovely Blue John polished round stone that is Deep Purple with White striations is set in a equally lovely Gold Plated, highly detailed, Victorian Floral Flower designed, Brooch.
Not sure if Silver or Metal under Gold Plating but does have some markings to back, hard to read, part looks to read "A50" but not sure.
